Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and FRNTRW LLC ("FRNTRW," "we," "us") governing your use of the FRNTRW mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the App, consistent with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will close it.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@frntrw.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per person. You may not share your account or let anyone else use it.

FRNTRW streams live events — concerts, fights, games, and similar programming — that FRNTRW or its licensors make available through the App. The App currently allows you to watch official streams only; you cannot broadcast or stream your own content through the App.

The availability, schedule, and quality of any given stream depends on factors outside our control, including the event organizer, our licensing rights, and your internet connection. We do not guarantee that any specific event will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Access the App through any means other than the interface we provide;
• Attempt to circumvent any content protection, geographic restriction, or access control on a stream;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where applicable law permits;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our written permission;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the App or any stream without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating this section, as described in Section 10.

All streams, event footage, graphics, logos, and other content made available through the App ("Content") are owned by FRNTRW, its licensors, or the applicable event organizers, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Content through the App, for your own non-commercial viewing only. You may not:

• Record, capture, download, copy, or screen-record any stream;
• Re-stream, rebroadcast, publicly perform, or otherwise redistribute any Content, in whole or in part;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.

This license ends immediately if you violate these Terms or when your account is closed. The App name, logo, and branding are trademarks of FRNTRW LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

The App may link to or rely on third-party services to operate, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and OneSignal for notifications. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC STREAM OR EVENT WILL BE AVAILABLE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRNTRW AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You may stop using the App and close your account at any time through Settings › Account › Delete Account.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the App or a particular feature. Sections 6, 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Agreement to arbitrate. Except as set out below, you and FRNTRW agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). This includes claims that arose before you agreed to these Terms.

Class action waiver. You and FRNTRW agree that any arbitration or claim will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@frntrw.app within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, with your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in court as described below, and only for you individually — this does not opt anyone else out.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, or for claims excluded above, the courts located in Clark County, Nevada will have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FRNTRW regarding the App.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
