Privacy Policy

FRNTRW LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the FRNTRW mobile application (the "App"), a live streaming platform that puts you and your friends in the front row of concerts, fights, games and other live events, streamed in premium quality. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, FRNTRW LLC is the data controller for the information described here.

Information you give us

• Account information. Your name, email address, password, and phone number, all required to create an account. If you opt in to text notifications, we use your phone number to send them; you can turn these off at any time in your account settings.
• Communications. Messages you send us for support, and any information you choose to include in them.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage and analytics data. Screens you view, features you use, session length and frequency, taps and navigation paths, and referral source.
• Device and technical data. Device model, operating system and version, app version, language and region settings, time zone, network type, and crash and diagnostic logs.
• Identifiers. A device or installation identifier.
• IP address, which we and our providers may use to infer approximate location such as country or city, for purposes like fraud prevention and content localization.

We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it in these circumstances:

• Service providers who process information on our behalf under contract, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud hosting and infrastructure, and OneSignal for text and email notifications.
• Legal and safety, where we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply to the transferred information.
• With your direction, when you ask us to share information with someone else.

We are based in the United States, and use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and OneSignal for text and email notifications, both of which may process and store data outside the country where you live. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those in your own country.

Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where applicable), together with additional safeguards where the circumstances of the transfer require them. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.

• Account information: for as long as your account is active, and for 30 days after you delete it, to allow for recovery and to complete deletion across our backups.
• Usage and analytics data: 14 months, after which it is deleted or aggregated so it no longer identifies you.
• Support communications: 2 years from the date of your last contact with us.

We may keep information for longer where we are required to do so by law or where it is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and hashing of passwords so we never store them in plain text. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

• Access — obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information.
• Portability — receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Objection and restriction — object to processing based on our legitimate interests, or ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
• Withdrawing consent — withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service or offer you a different level of service for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@frntrw.app or use Settings > Account > Delete Account in the App. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. You may also authorise an agent to make a request on your behalf.

If you are in the EEA or the UK

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.

If you are in California

In the twelve months before the date of this policy, we collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2, for the purposes described in Section 3, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients described in Section 4.

Other US states

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights, including the right to appeal a decision we make about a privacy request. To appeal, contact us at info@frntrw.app.

FRNTRW is intended for users age 16 and older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 16 to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 16, we will delete it and close the associated account.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email before the changes take effect, and we will update the "last updated" date above.
